In fact this modern scientific version of an ancient tool has been shown to increase collagen induction by up to 1,000% after a single treatment to silk pillow cases which guarantee not to leave the side of your face that you sleep on with the deep lines that cotton can cause. As well as treating wrinkles, skin damage, sagging skin and scarring the dermal rollers are also highly effective against stretch marks. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of effectively reducing the appearance of scars and scarring. Traditional Chinese treatment of scars was based around acupuncture needling and Chinese herbs to increase blood circulation in the area. Now you can access these types of treatment at home through the use of the Dermal Roller often branded as the Dermaroller. Based on physician use of the dermal rollers average improvement in scars is around 70 - 80%. This is based on several uses over several weeks. The roller is easy to use and is simply rolled across the scar in various directions for several minutes. The Chinese tradition of weight loss differs to many modern approaches. In Chinese medicine it is principally believed that being overweight is due to problems with the digestive system. This does not mean that you do not have to watch your diet and exercise but it does mean that if you improve your digestion the weight becomes easier to shift. The easiest way to do this at home is through drinking high quality Chinese weight loss teas. Weight loss teas come in several forms.
