Q - How can I be sure my credit card is secure on your website?

A - We are aware of the security and privacy issues surrounding the internet. As a result we have taken every precaution in using only the safest payment options currently available. For Australian customers we offer direct credit card facitlities through Bankwest Merchant Facilities which is owned by Australias largest Bank Cmmonwealth Bank. For International orders we offer Paypal facilities currently the largest and most recognised online payment facility in the world.

A - Your privacy on the internet is of the utmost importance to us. Please read our privacy policy to learn what information we gather and track and what we do with it.


Q - What is you returns policy?

A - In an effort to make sure you are happy with the item White Lotus will refund on items returned  under the following conditions. There is a 3 day returns policy on unused items. The buyer pays the return postage. White Lotus does not accept the return of used items. All returned items must be returned in a saleable conditionPlease contact White Lotus before returning items.
