This collection follows 5 element TCM theory, pairing crystal colours with traditional element and organ associations so you can build a simple routine that feels intentional and grounding.

How to use

1. Wash hands and cleanse the ear with an alcohol wipe. Let dry fully.

2. Use tweezers to lift one seed and place on the chosen point. Press firmly for 10 seconds.

3. Activate by gently pressing each seed for 30 seconds. Repeat every 2 to 3 hours.

4. Wear for up to 5 to 7 days maximum. Remove gently and allow a 24 hour rest before reapplying.
